Request that the cable access TV producers' LIVE STREAMING URL be linked to the city's current cable access channels. LIVE programming can easily be created for free (no operating costs*) on sites like Stickam.com Producers can broadcast their show LIVE from home with a high speed computer and live webcam or from an internet cafe. Cable Access Television Producers should all share the same free account, signing up for different times on an 8 hour grid. *Note: Many cable access TV stations are closing because of operating costs.
